Check Out my Work from the National Baseball Hall of Fame!
This summer, I had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, NY. As part of the Frank and Peggy Steele Internship Program, I joined the Hall’s Curatorial team for ten weeks, researching and writing about artifacts in their collection, as well as giving a few presentations and assisting with induction weekend.
Below, I have linked two articles I wrote during my internship, as well as a video of a presentation I gave. They include a short article about Jackie Robinson and a longform piece about Black baseball in Atlantic City, near where I grew up. In the presentation, I showcased artifacts relating to women’s baseball history.
Check them out if you get a chance. I hope you enjoy!
